What's with all this fuss about people driving public utility vehicles at night without their headlights on? Is this some kind of an energy saving plan, or just plain stupidity on the highway? I've seen lots of these morons who think they are God's gift to mankind. I hope the proper authorities will do something about it before anything bad happens. My fingers are crossed.
