how to cook paksiw na pata ng baboy

Ingredients-Bawang, Sibuyas, Dahon ng Laurel, Saging na Saba, Patatas, Bulaklak (?) ng Saging, Suka, Toyo, Pamintang Durog, Asin, Asukal...may nalimutan pa ba? Oops, yung pata ng baboy nga pala.

Cooking Instruction-First open an ice cold beer, then wash in running water the pork pata while drinking the ice cold beer. After that, open another ice cold beer and put the pork pata into the dilapidated casserole that was "Stolen from Africa, brought to America". Add all the ingredients, except the patatas, saging na saba and bulaklak ng saging. Cook in slow heat. Drink the ice cold beer. Let it boil until the meat is tender and the sauce thickens up. While waiting for the meat to become tender, open another ice cold beer. In another dilapidated casserole, put a little oil and cook the patatas and the saging na saba for a few seconds. Set aside.

Open another ice cold beer and look for some leftovers in your refrigirator. While the other dilapidated casserole is still hot, put more oil and deep fry any leftover so that you now have an instant pica-pica (read: tanpulutz). Then go to your favorite website or networking site and start chatting to your online friends. Open another ice cold beer, and update your iphone software. Transfer all your music files into one folder and listen to Bob Marley music, "While Im waiting - while Im waiting for my turn". Open another ice cold beer and....oops, that smell, can't you smell that smell, the smell of food surrounds you. Ah surprise, there it is the paksiw na pata ng baboy. I almost forgot it. More ice cold beer please.
